Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 4-6 months for peak season experiences (June-September) and 2-3 months for shoulder seasons. Some permit-restricted experiences sell out earlier.

What if weather cancels my trip?

Safety always comes first. If conditions make an experience unsafe, we'll reschedule at no cost or offer a full refund. Mild weather (rain, clouds) doesn't typically cancel trips—it's part of the wilderness experience.

Do you accommodate solo travelers?

Absolutely. About 40% of our guests travel solo. You'll join a small group, which often leads to unexpected friendships.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel 60+ days before departure: full refund. Cancel 30-59 days: 50% refund. Cancel less than 30 days: no refund (but you can transfer to another guest).
