If an error is discovered, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without penalty.

Experience Participation

By booking an experience with us, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level and ability to participate

• Weather and natural conditions may require itinerary changes
• Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations 60+ days before departure: Full refund
• Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel experiences due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings, in which case a full refund will be provided

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Vortex Shine or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
